He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Harris and Ellen Harris (Ashenfelter); and his sisters, Wilma Helmick and Kay Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Welsh Harris; his children, Jason Harris of Bruceton Mills, WV and Caitlin Harris of Frostburg, MD; his stepdaughters, Amy Lease of Florida and Kerri Shahan of Florida; his siblings, Harry Harris of Elkton, MD and Shirley Brown (James); and his brother-in-law Ernest Bishop of Wiley Ford, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
