He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrl Stanley and Arbutus Evans (Davis); his daughter Cindy Sines; and his siblings, Ray, Carl Evans and Charlotte Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Evans (O'Brien); his daughter Lisa Miller (Dale); his granddaughters, Autumn White (Jesse Smoot), Stephanie Bishop and Melissa Moreno; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Nevaeh Smoot, Raylha Moreno and Michael Miller; and his siblings, Jack Evans (Elizabeth), Ken Evans (JoAnn), Donald Evans (Darlene), Betty Umstead, Shirley Lawrence (Don) and Sandy Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
