She was predeceased by: her father Roger H. Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Debra K. Lewis (Jones) of Ridgeley; her children, John Jenkins of Cumberland, MD, Kelsey Dawn Jenkins of Cumberland, MD and Hadley Star Jenkins of Baltimore, MD; and her brother Todd E. Lewis.
