She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Rogers and Hazel Rogers (Shumaker); and her son-in-law Barry S. Mason. She is survived by: her husband Lynn D. Nelson of Ridgeley; her children, Lynn A. Nelson (Suzanne) and Susan N. Remaly (Lawrence); her grandchildren, Diana Webb (Addison) of Newport News, VA, Elizabeth Cosner (Matt), Michael Nelson and Nicole Nelson; her great grandchildren, Macy, Jacob Cosner and Jacqueline Webb; and her brother John I. Rogers II (Judy).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Upchurch Funeral Homes - Cumberland (202 Greene St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
