It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Walters of Ridgeley, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walters and Betty Walters (Atkins); and his brother Alan Walters. He is survived by: his wife Janice Walters; his children, Jeffrey Walters, Matthew Walters and Amy Buser (James); his brothers, Gary Walters and Dennis Walters; and his grandchildren, Abby Wilson (Dylan), Alyssa Walters, Matthew Walters, Jr., Ava Buser, Aiden Walters and Evelyn Buser. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
