He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann McNeill (Walton); his children, Rick McNeill (Pamela) and Sharon Gray (Roy); his grandchildren, Megan Blacka (Joseph), Kelsey McNeill and Josh McNeill; his great grandchildren, Logan and Tucker Blacka; and his sister Betty McNeill.
