She was predeceased by: her father James Edward Moats; and her husband Ray Shepherd. She is survived by: her sons, James Elliott (Angel) and Joseph Elliott (Amy); the father of her children William Elliott (Fran); her grandchildren, Amanda Elliott, Norah Elliott and William Elliott; her great grandchild Dominique; her sister Denise Rapp (Edwin); her nephews, Nathan and Nicholas; her great-niece Kayla; and her friends, Dixie Long and Bonnie Ann Marshall.
