She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Carr and Susan Carr (Decker); her husband Charles "Chuck" A. Ryan, Sr.; her son Bill Turner; and her siblings, Wallace "Archie" Carr, Glenn Carr, Betty Lee Carr and Vivian Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Glenn Turner, John Turner, Thomas Turner and Charles A. Ryan, Jr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
