He was predeceased by: his parent Willard Eugene, Sr.; and his niece Holly Jo Bailey. He is survived by: his parent Frieda Marie Kerns (Shanholtz); his children, Vanessa Simmons (Kesner) and Darick Kerns; his siblings, Rose Cates (Kerns), Kelvin Kerns (Helen) and Willard Kerns, Jr.; his wife Terri; his grandson Aden Simmons; and also Will. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
