In the sacred silence of farewell, Agnes is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Agnes' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shifflet and Bertha Dawson (Conley); her husband Clarence Northcraft; her granddaughter Nicole Rhodes; and her sister Loretta Saville.
She is survived by: her children, James Hockaday (Debra), Debra Kenney (Cliff), Dawna Twigg (Jim), Smokey Longerbeam (Cathy) and Danny Northcraft (Brenda). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 5 great, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Upchurch Funeral Homes - Cumberland (202 Greene St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
