He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Wayne Hickman and Shelly Lynn Anderson; his children, Jeremiah Wayne Hickman, Ashley Elizabeth Hickman and Heidi Dodd; and his brother Austin James Hickman of Reynoldsville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
