He is survived by: his father Flemie Dale; his sister Evelyn Jean Whytsell Woodard; his nephew Billy Link; his wife Mary Kay Sands Whytsell; his children, Maribeth Whytsell, Rodney and Brian Leggett; his grandchildren, Joshua Oliverio, Brian Leggett (Lindsay), Brooke Nelson (Tyler Nelson) and Maddi Leggett; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Oliverio, Parker Leggett, Porter Leggett, Emmett Nelson and Athena Nelson.
