He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lindsey Blair Sr. and Mary Katherine Patton Blair; and his sisters, Carolyn Sue Rhodes and Mary Ann Murray. He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Jean Scott Blair; his children, Earl Lucky Blair, Patricia Joanne Anderson (Brian), Theresa Ann Hayhurst (Jeff) and Jodi Lynne Wilt; his grandchildren, Joseph Michael Blair, Alexzander Drake Lacaria, Izabella Grace Lacaria, Kaitlyn Michelle Bell, Todd Michael Hayhurst, Damaeon Rage Martin Bork, Savannah Julianna Martin, Noah Michael Martin, Jocelyn Howes and Jaelyn Howes; and his brothers, Terry Wayne Blair (Patricia), Good Hope and Robin Lee Blair (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
