She is survived by: her husband Charles Daris Starcher; her sons, Charles Gene Starcher and Ricky Allen Starcher; and her siblings, Carles Burnside, Elijah Burnside, Elisha Burnside and Helen Harmer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
