She is survived by: her parent Dale Puff, Sr. of Spencer; her husband Brian Keith Collins of Reedy; her daughters, Christeallia Amorosi of Hyattsville and Rebekah Amorosi of Milton, Fla.; and her sisters, Terrie Gross of La Grande and Lela McClain of Alma.
