He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Turner (Wolfe); his daughter Martha Elliott (Cody); his grandchildren, Ashley Turner (Zack), Austin Turner (Kate), Houston Elliott and Trace Turner; his great grandchild Liam Turner; and his siblings, Kenneth Turner (Kay) of Grafton and Karen Freeland of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
