He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Everly and Myrtle Mae Everly (Powell); his wife Ruth Ann Everly (Chidester); his daughter Deb Devall; his grandchildren, Michael Everly and Rachel Curtis; and his siblings, Don Everly, Bonnie Cuppett and Shirley Shaffer.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Curtis (Bob), Melissa Gillespie (Tim) and Rob Everly (Tammy); his son-in-law Rick DeVall; his grandchildren, April Ferguson (Michael), Ricky DeVall (Olivia), Dustin Curtis, Chuckie Curtis (Valerie), Scott Dixon (Kat), Tyler Dixon (Selina), Abby Chidester (Theron) and Justin Everly; his great grandchildren, Parker, CJ Ferguson, Bell, Grace DeVall, Sydney, Brooklyn, Kylie Curtis, Robbie Curtis, Auna Moreland and Zyra Dixon; his siblings, Bud Everly (Dolly), Helen Nazelrod and Judy Tasker (Roger); and his close friend Denzil Pratt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
