She was predeceased by: her parents, D. B. Dunlap and Naomi Comer Dunlap; her husband Gary Wayne Smith; and her brother Douglas Dunlap. She is survived by: her children, Carla K. Hoskins (Daniel) of Nitro, Leslie, McTheny of Elkview, Christopher James (Lori) of Milton, Treasa Vickers (Joe) of Alkol and Kimberlee Hodges (Jason) of Red House; and her siblings, Brenda Good of Poca, Robert Dunlap of Leon and Tom Dunlap of Florida. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
