He was predeceased by: his mother Hope; and his son William Scott Blake. He is survived by: his wife Donna Blake; and his children, Steve Blake (Millie), Stephanie Blake Sanders (Mike), Robin Stump and Phillip Blake. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
