He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsel H. Cobb Sr. and Emily Blackshire Cobb; and his daughter Peggy Cobb Anderson. He is survived by: his daughters, Libby Cobb of Hurricane and Ashley Fronda (Clifford) of St. Albans; his siblings, John Owens Cobb, Clovis E. Cobb, Robert Edward Cobb, Beverly Parker and Edith Facemyer; and his grandchildren, Javier Cobb, Hunner Anderson, Rain Fronda, Isaiah Fronda, Dixee Fronda and Savyor Fronda. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.
