It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Rose Parkins of Red House, West Virginia, born in Bancroft, West Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Workman and Audrey Farley Workman; her son Timothy Dale Parkins; and her brothers, Larry and Frank Workman.
She is survived by: her husband William D. "Bill" Parkins; her daughter Billie Dawn Parkins of Red House; her granddaughters, Danielle and Kailee Payne; and her sisters, Ann Riffee of Red House, Sandra Parkins of Leon and Brenda Landers of Black Betsy.
Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
