He is survived by: his wife Edith Smith; his daughter Cathy Smith Waugh of Red House; his grandchildren, Todd Waugh (Jessica), Mark Waugh and Jennifer Eads (Josh); his daughter Charity Fellure (Bruce) of Hometown; his grandchildren, Ethan, Tristan, Cameran and Nichole; his siblings, Geneva Brabbin and Charlie Lipscomb (Marsha); and also, Autumn, Lucas Waugh, Schylar and Bentley Eads.
