He is survived by: his wife Virginia Derby (Yost); his children, Kim Ueltschy (Brad), Jason Derby (Brandi) and Jeff Derby (Rikki); his grandchildren, Lauren Fluharty (Kyle), Devan Derby, Clay Ueltschy (Felesha), Lathe Ueltschy (Amy), Madyson, Gavin, Elynn and Maverik Derby; his great grandchildren, Kamden, Lawson, Cade and Trace; his sisters, Linda Keller (John), Debbie Dorey (Tom), Darlene Derby and Rachelle Derby; and his brother-in-law Glen Gilbert.
