We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2024, at the age of 93, Ethel Loraine Highley of Reader, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander H. Bassett and Maude M. Brown Bassett; her husband Kenneth Highley; and her siblings, Joyce Ferrell, Leslie "Guy", Donald and Norman Bassett.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Highley (Margaret) and Dannie Highley (Deborah); her grandchildren, Carmen Tustin (Larry), Daniel Highley (Heather) and Joshua Highley (Amy); her great grandchildren, Paige, Megan, Dannielle, Cassandra, Jacob and Logan; and her sister Betty Lou Bassett. She is also survived by six great-great grandchildren.
