He is survived by: his parent Dicie Hughes Bowman; his wife Ruth Bowman; his children, Peggy Mullins (Bobby) of Raysal, Micky Mullins (Stella) of Raysal, WV and Cleve Mullins of Berwind, WV; his brother Cecil Bowman (Katherine) of War, WV; his granddaughter Felicity; and his niece Melissa Bowman Coleman (Possum). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
