She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Coleman and Mary Mitchell Coleman; her husband William Howard Rose, Sr.; her daughter Dorothy Lynn Vance; and her siblings, Shirley Honaker, Louise Beavers, Archie B. Coleman and Adam "Buck" Emmett Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Jolanda Willingham (Charles) of Jacksonville, FL, Carolyn Sue Crigger (Billy) of Raysal, WV, Nancy Darlene Day (Robert, Jr.) of Bean Station, TN, Joyce Ann Crigger (Lawrence) of Bradshaw, WV, William Howard Rose, Jr. (Kathy Adams) of Raysal, WV, David Randolph Rose (Brenda) of Shortts Gap, VA, Reverend Charles Edward Rose (Sharon) of Jolo, WV and Rodney Wayne Rose (Crystal) of Proctorville, OH; and her son-in-law Freddie Vance of Jolo, WV.. She is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren, forty-seven great-grandchildren, twelve great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, WV, Wednesday, February 3rd after 6:00 p. m. with evening service being held at 7:00 p. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
