He is survived by: his children, Sand, Janice Cook (David) and Woody Richard; his stepdaughters, Bridget and Brittany; his grandchildren, Jaylen, Alexis, Devin, Emilee, Nik, Jake, Brody, Skylar, Ethan, Cameron, Stella, Ava, Nora and Ollie; and his great grandchildren, Madisyn, Lyvaeh, Annabelle, Nik, Jr., Holden, Kace, Kora and Raven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
