Phillips of Ravenswood, WV.; his grandparents, Cyrus, Francis Sampson, George Mayford and Claudia Phillips; his grandparents-in-law, Clarence, Helen Wingrove, Kenner and Lucille Flesher; his brother-in-law Fred McClung; his nephew Brian Phillips; and his niece Andrea Benson.

He is survived by: his father Averal G. Phillips (Marilyn) of Ravenswood; his wife Cindy Flesher Phillips; his daughters, Joy Faith and Emily Hope Phillips; his siblings, Randy Phillips (Bonnie) of Rockport, Sherri Benson (Mike) of Ripley, WV and Sonja Casto (Wm Mark) of Ripley, WV; his parents-in-law, Shirley Flesher and Darrell 'John Flesher; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Biddle (Nick) of Waverly, WV, Vicky Eddy (Steve) of Waverly, WV and Michele Fritz (Ken) of Waverly, WV. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
