He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cisco and Orza Marie Casto Stalnaker; his sisters-in-law, Fonda Kidder, Janet Sommerville and Penny Carte; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Delores Alfred.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Stalnaker; his daughters, Vanessa Hupp (Justin) and Tiffany Stalnaker; and his grandchildren, Kalem, Kolten, Kyler Hupp, Katlin Stalnaker, Daniel Patton and Bryanna Patton.
