With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rick Cooper of Ravenswood, West Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rick departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rick may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rick leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father James Samuel Cooper; and his nephew Andy. He is survived by: his mother Donza Fern Nichols Cooper; and his sister Sandy Holcomb (Jack).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roush Funeral Home (205 S Ritchie Ave, Ravenswood, WV 26164). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
