He is survived by: his fiancée Jennie Walker of Ravenswood, WV; his father Phillip Paul LaCava, Sr.; his sister Noreen Groce (Bill) of Tampa; his children, Danielle LaCava of Gastonia, NC, Megan LaCava of Ravenswood, WV, Adam LaCava of Parkersburg, WV and Chad LaCava of Ravenswood, WV.; and his grandchildren, Lilyona, Daunte', Darian, Mya, Gianna, Azaya and Asher.
