She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Reynolds; her parents, Hayden Simmons and Dollie Simmons of Spencer, WV; her brothers, Burl and Dee Simmons; her son-in-law Jerry Cochran; and her grandchildren, Selena Dawn Reynolds and Earl James Reynolds, III.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cochran of Huntington, WV, Earl Jr. (Robin) of Ravenswood, WV, Bruce Reynolds of Ravenswood, WV and Duane (Sue Reynolds). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W., Charleston, WV.
