He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Marie Tuttle, Worthy and Goldie Conrad of Walton. He is survived by: his parents, David Tuttle and Shirley Tuttle; his wife Tanya of Millwood; his children, Logan of Ripley, Ayda of Ripley and Emma of Millwood; his brother Michael (Casey) of New Martinsville; his nephews, Trent (Shay) of Wheeling, Terran and Tristen of Sistersville; and his stepchildren, Haylie and Hayden Reynolds of Millwood. He is also survived by other aunts and cousins.
