He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lowe and Vada Mae Perry Lowe; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his daughter Amy Fountaine (Craig) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Alexander, Greyson and Laken Fountaine of Huntington, WV; his cousins, Linda Bright and Doris Coates; and his pet Darcee.
