He was predeceased by: his parents, Ota "Ducky" Miller and Mary Evelyn Miller (Casto). He is survived by: his brothers, Elmer, Leroy and Romie Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
