He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ealy and Corine Ealy; and his siblings, Kay Brown and Stevie Barnhart. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Lisa Bird (Chris) and Jason Ealy; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Lauren, Kirk, Zeke and Isabel; his great grandchildren, Aralyn, Jack, Wren, Alex and Kai; and his siblings, Thelma Rankin (Bill) of Ohio, Donald Ealy (Ginger) and Terry Barnhart (Tricia) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
