He is survived by: his wife Irene Ann Meadows Dean; his children, Teresa Dennis (Gary), Linda Freshour (Brett), Brenda Chambers (Rob) and J. D. Dean; his grandchildren, Jason, April, Sarah, Katie, Taylor, Christopher and Beth; and his brother Bernard Dean (Jodi). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
