She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles Floto and Freda Louise Theiss Carpenter; her grandmother Mary Josephine McKay Theiss; her brothers, William John Floto and James R. Carpenter; her aunts, Norma Theiss and Auga J. Theiss; and her uncle Dr. John Theiss.
She is survived by: her friend Gary L. Cross; her nephew Charles William Floto (Sandy); her nieces, Samantha J. Doss (Lonnie) and Jennifer Merriam (Chase); and her great-nieces, Taylor and Tessa Merriam. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First United Presbyterian Church, 601 S. Ritchie Avenue, Ravenswood, WV 26164 for missions services, and Beech Grove United Methodist Church, Sandyville, WV 25275 for missions services.
