He was predeceased by: his parents, Serbert C. Adkins and Virginia M. Adkins; and his daughter Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Adkins; his children, Jean Adkins, Kristy Adkins-Buckley and Jeremy Adkins; his grandchildren, Magen, Jean, Katrina, Cahil, Mystik and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Rogue and McClellan; and his siblings, Danny Adkins and Shirley Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
