She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Perkins and Teresa Burch Perkins; her husband Ed "Smokey"; her son Jeffrey Bashaw; and her brothers, Thomas Perkins and Michael Perkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Bashaw of Sherman, WV and Brian Bashaw of Ravenswood, WV; her grandchildren, Bo, Josh, Joe, Jessica and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Aleczander, Arabella, Hannah, Mason, William, Rosalie and Luke.
