It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cole Staats (Ravenswood, West Virginia), who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Veldra Staats and Ethel Staats (Casto); and his siblings, Bob Staats, Roland Staats (Grace), Eleanor Staats Vankirk (Gene), Bernard Staats, Paul Staats and John Staats (late Carolyn Staats).
He is survived by: his wife Diana Moore Staats; his children, Angela Graham (Mike), Shannon Perdue (Dwayne), Tina Akers (Steve), Bryan Staats (Linda), Lita Simms (Lee) and Shelly Dale (Brian); his grandchildren, Patrick, Raegan, Clarissa, Isaac, Bryce, Chloe, Payton, Jacob, Zack, Marcy, Max, Taye, Alli and Cara; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Aurora; and his siblings, Carroll Staats (Jenny), Larry Staats (Laura), Jim Staats (Rhonda) and Linda Staats Mollohan (Aaron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
