He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Frances Willeta Hoselton Stephens; his siblings, Paul and Alice Hamilton (Gary); his siblings-in-law, Gary Cather, Eldon DeLong, Glenn Bates, Alta Bates and Ethel DeLong; his niece Delores Burgess; and his nephew Ronnie Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Stephens; his sons, John William Stephens and Allan L. Stephens; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Cather, Ila Stephens and Clara DeLong. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
