He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Oakley and Madolyn Marjorie Harper Hopkins; and his fiancée Deborah Wood. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Williams (Chasity) and David Koehler (Shelby); his brother Terry Hopkins (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Nicholas and Corey Williams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roush Funeral Home (205 S Ritchie Ave, Ravenswood, WV 26164). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
