He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Searls. He is survived by: his mother Mary Irene Searls; his wife Joy Searls; his daughter Bobbi Patterson (Luke); his grandchildren, Cameron, Caden and Callie Patterson; and his sisters, Connie Kirk (John) and Debbie McGill (Mac). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
