Vernon, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Misty Stanford (Kenny), Hunter and Carter; his siblings, Sebert Phillips (Vida) of Rockport, WV, Harold Phillips (Connie) of Washington, WV and Carolyn Keller (Rick) of Washington, WV; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Phillips. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
