He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vincent Keen Sr. and Marjorie Hudson Keen; and his brother Chris Keen. He is survived by: his wife Lecia Keen; and his children, Lisa Lucas (Stuart), Priska Keen (Reinholt), Jesica Rines (David), Darrel Dickenson (Mary), Joshua Tomlinson (Emily) and Jacoba Tomlinson (Agne). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and three great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rock Springs Church (114 Poor Farm Rd, Kearneysville, WV 25430). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
