He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stephen Shultz and Norma Jean (Heskett); his sisters, Norma Lee Morgan and Edith Winston; and his brother-in-law Terry Marcus.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Shultz (Marcus); his sons, William S. "Stevie" Shultz (Brandi), Christopher B. "Cricky" Shultz (Michele) and Charles C. "Chaz" Shultz (April); his grandchildren, William S. "Will" Shultz III, Riley Shultz, Zachary Stehney, Charlie Shultz, Braylon Shultz and Brinley Shultz; his siblings, Mary Lou Seekford, Marjorie Wallace and Richard Shultz (Grace); his siblings-in-law, Ronald "Ronnie" Marcus, Karen Marcus Lack and Judy Marcus; his mother-in-law Scottie Marcus; and his close friends, Donald Noland (Patsy), Leslie Twyman, Iris Ann Custer, Larry and Linda Osbourn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
