He is survived by: his mother Diane Tatroult Arnicar of Martinsburg, WV.; his wife Robin Tracey Arnicar; his daughter Emily Arnicar of Ranson; his brothers, Eric Arnicar of Stewartstown and Richard Arnicar of Suffouk, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Camden, Carson, Tabby and Madalyn.
