She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Southard and Daisy Belle Southard; her husbands, William Miller, Wilson Smith and James Watkins; her son William Shirley Miller; and her siblings, Annie Dudley, Mida Corso, Eileen Chapman, Catherine Ryman and Edwin Southard.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Henshaw Knill; her granddaughters, Sonja James (Billy Knighten) of Shepherdstown, Scarlett Hill (Travis) of Naples and Sienna Ambrose (Aaron) of Alpine; and her great grandchildren, Malek, Howard Bouzahar, Aaron, Cameron and Madison Ambrose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
