She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Frye and Ida Frye; her husband James R. Potts; her daughter Nancy Potts; and her sisters, Ethel Mauck and Elca Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Potts (Kathy), Ann Westfall (Delmas), Kenny Potts (Karen), Dennis Potts (Toni), Sandra Cox (Delbert), Sara Morgan (Ross), Tammy Smith (Roger), Rachel Potts, Ruth Potts and Jeni Sue Sales (Lance); her brother Jesse Frye (Barbara); and her grandsons, Paul Westfall, Brandon Potts, Zachery Morgan, Justin Morgan, Hunter Smith, Jerry Westfall and Kaleb Sales. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
